We bought our Coway bidet in 2015 and it has performed perfectly until a few days ago when a part failed. I contacted The Bidet Shop and explained what had happened and asked for a replacement part as I expected to pay given the age of the product. However they immediately shipped a replacement and did not charge at all. Every dealing I have had with their customer service team has been most helpful and they go the extra mile to support their customers. Highly recommend the product and their service.

The help desk at the Bidet shop were great. I had a problem with one of the two Bidets more than a year after we had installed them. The help desk responded with plenty of information via email and assisted us in resolving the problem. I would recommend this product even just for the quality of the after sales service and support!

After sales service is poor. They have no tech or service man to come to sort out any problems or issues with the bidet. You must remove the bidet and take to their service centre yourself. If you are quite elderly (in this instance 88 years old) this is quite an extraordinary ask (its not that easy to remove from toilet) and especially when said elderly person must get a taxi to drop it off at service centre then again to pick it up and re install! Was advised that in the cases of elderly or disabled that one must find someone else to do all this for them. Ridiculous! They USED to have service techs come to the house! Edited to reply to response below from Bidet Shop. There was NO offer of any service technician for a fee or otherwise . Was ONLY told to get a neighbour or family to come and sort out and take to service centre during business hours OR to contact a private contractor to come fix! I know you say it is easy to install and install these bidets but the elderly lady had to get a plumber to install hers initially after being told by your staff that she could easily install it herself when she purchased it as you didnt even have that service! The plumber laughed at the suggestion she should have done it herself as it wasnt that easy!
I tried Tradelink, Samios, Aida Care and my OT and no one had a clue about commode, bidet and toilet pan interfaces. I contacted Caroma and they had no idea. I researched it myself and no luck. The commodes and toilet pans interface but not the bidet. Danni an OT provided outstanding service and persisted and promptly answered all my emails making sure that the pan , commode and bidet interfaced and that I did not have to have the offset disabled toilet pan which would affect resale value of the house. Outstanding service in every respect.
Absolutely awful service at the Bundal Shop. My elderly Father brought his bidet in for servicing and was left completely ignored standing in the shop for over 10 minutes. The customer service at Bundall was none existent - the man working there was totally uninterested and unhelpful. He is an impediment for business. There is no information on website where to take items for repairs. For elderly folk there needs be clearer. My Dad then had to drive the bidet back up to Labrador to get it fixed. On the plus side, the repairer at Labrador was absolutely fantastic and couldn't have helped them more. He went above and beyond to help the.

The EB-R500 has been a great Bidet. When I lodged a problem with them Narvan phoned me back very quickly. Solved my problem in a couple of minutes. Can highly recommend them.
The worst after sales service I have ever recieved from a company. One of their most expensive Bidets failed after just 2 months use. Staff were rude and not understanding to my circumstances. Could not provide me with information pertaining to my model of bidet. Refused to assist with uninstallation or reinstallation of faulty item. Expected myself or NDIS to pay for replacement costs of their faulty product. Will definitely look for somewhere else in the future. Edit: Their reply to this comment is lies and untrue. They did not send me a replacement until I had returned the bidet and threatened go to fair trading. Edit 2: This company is all lies. First they say the sent a replacement out of goodwill, now saying they say they followed warranty procedure. And no they didn't supply detailed instruction, every instruction they gave me was for the wrong model. Do not trust them.

After consulting an online salesperson (very nice bloke), I purchased one of their products. Before it arrived, I had a couple of questions about usage and cleaning, so contacted the online customer support team. I received an automated message saying they were all too busy to respond but if I gave my email address, they'd get right back to me. That was about a week ago now and I'm still waiting. Very disappointing. Also in stark contrast to the immediate response I got from online sales. It seems The Bidet Shop is better at sales than after sales customer support. I guess I can understand this; you don't stay in business if you don't make sales. But it's just as true that you won't remain in business for long if your customers don't speak well of you. PS Have now been told to ring the customer help line, which begs the question why my online request was never returned as promised? Why is it now my responsibility to phone after being assured that someone from customer care would contact ME? Why doesn’t the Bidet Shop do what it promised and contact ME back?🤷♂️

They are not good after care service . Customer service is terrible. They don’t want to fix and want to sell new one . 3 year warranty is normal ,even you buy from bunnings ,product has 3year warranty. And much cheaper same quality things. (Bunnings 399$ toilet +plumber set up 220$ and it was much cheaper than them) They don’t offer any option if you didn’t ask to them what option if they have ( after broke toilet) . Only they are expert for new toilet sale. Not maintenance or after care service. Not kind . Bidet toilet life time is around 7years around. And not very long.
Hi, we have had nothing but GREAT service from this store. I'm sorry I dont recall all the names that have helped us, over the years. But Jess, was a God send to me, I sent photos, jess replied. With great attention 👌. Now I have a new Bidet just waiting to be installed. We had 11 years out of outr Bidet. I think the Bidet Shop only deals with quality products. And Quality staff. Absolute scammers. Don’t buy this product. After 12 months of use, my 80 year old mothers bidet literally started falling apart. The Bidet Shop accused her of misuse and/or using harsh chemicals. She’s the only person to use that toilet and I personally clean it for her with dishwashing liquid. Steer clear people
"GENUINE MANAGER" Mykala. She is bright, respectful and I could not wish for a more helpful, genuine person. However, the aftersales services is poor. I had a reconditioned bidet and the motor was noisy. They tried to fix it and of course no one could hear the noise. I upgraded to a new one. Now the soft close seat makes a noise. First told no one could hear it. Now that is the new improved version. The DISPLAY MODELS are SILENT but the upgraded ones are not. Unfortunately, while the staff are polite the outcome and promises are not. I AM now going to Consumer Affairs. I do not want to do this but any communication only goes around in circles. I EMPHASISE the staff are nice and polite. The products are a different story. I had a bidet from Southport for 12 years so I have had experience of the SILENT WORKING bidet.
Our bidet failed at the end of the warranty period. I rang them up and arranged for the seat to be repaired. The repair was completed quickly and then returned. The staff were friendly and very helpful with our concerns. We love and missed using our bidet and it definately beats sitting on a cold seat in the morning. Thanks once again Ken Forster.
good experience buying from the Bidet Shop. Knowledgeable sales person and the bidet arrived at the time they said it would. The bidet itself has worked perfectly in the 5 months that I have had it.
Sales person was helpful and the bidet has been installed just over six months. It is a great addition to our ensuite. We also changed the pan to a slightly higher one so the combined height is a great asset. The salesman assisted with us confirming the pan we found was suitable for the bidet (Not one on their list).
AUSTRALIA FAIR, SOUTHPORT STORE. Bought a bidet costing $1800. Sales assistant was to follow up with an email with information. Heard nothing so tried to call the store on the number the sales assistant wrote on a brochure only to be answered by a store in New Zealand 3 times. Physically went into the store 3 times only to wait up to 15 mins, I'm disabled and it's difficult for me to stand, which is obvious. Saddened that once they had my money and l was out the door, that was all they cared about! As you can see by their reply below it took them 12 mths to even relpy!!!!

Be aware of these people they are quick to take your money but not quick to solve problems unless you pay them 20% restocking fee for returning a product the next morning unopened.
Use extreme caution when dealing with this company. My elderly mother purchased a bidet as a surprised gift for myself and I believe she was sweet talked into buying a more expensive product. When the bidet arrived I checked the measurements and unfortunately this bidet did not fit my toilet. When I contacted head office to return the product they were very helpful with promptly supplying details for other products but these were also unsuitable. The company has been very slow to reply to emails for its return and has ignored requests for a simple phone call to explain why they have classified the return as a "change of mind" and want to charge a 20% re-stocking fee for such an expensive product that will be returned, complete in its original state and packaging. I have emailed the bidet shop that I would like to resolve this quickly and amicably but this has also been ignored. I have no choice but to contact fairtrading to assist with a simple resolution. I cannot believe a simple phone call to be so hard for a company that presents itself as being professional. This has caused me to feel so angry that I need to strongly urge other people to PLEASE!!! be careful when dealing with this company and avoid the frustration anguish that they can cause with an unusable gift. My husband and I are on the road travelling, and have been for some 14 years. My husband has a bad back and turning his back is a problem. We were told about a bidet but were not sure if they could be adapted to an RV It turns out they can. It has been great. The other week after 14 years use, the lid developed a problem. We took ourselves into the Bidet Shop at Southport, where we were greated by a lovely lady who could not be more helpful . It was a pleasure to be there. Many thanks for all your help. I really don't know how I would get on without my bidet, and the people at The Bidet Shop are right behind their product all the way. Always there to help, even in the middle of the holiday period I've just found. Their cheerful and obliging service provides comfort jn moments of need !
Coway bidet BA13 Intermittent spray operation •At the beginning the bidet shop staff were busy perhaps, as I had to request a receipt a couple of times. •We had bought our second bidet, paying $1300 •The first one (also BA13), has been operating for years now with no problems. It’s great. •After seeking advice several times to fix the unreliable spray problem - we had to send it back to get fixed - or so we thought. •No such luck, it is still working occasionally . •As we live in WA and the bidet shop Is in Queensland I don’t want to go through the return bit all over over again, waiting for a few weeks for the bidet to be returned once again. •The internet has been far more helpful and we have the bidet up and spraying more often than not. •It still doesn’t work every time however., and I feel sure it’s a problem easily solved although the instruction booklet didn’t help. •Most frustrating ! Beyond frustrating!! The lesson learned here? Buy local if you can!!
